End of Tenancy cleans - Sparkle DO NOT conduct curtain, blinds, or mattress cleaning.
Sparkle offers a FREE single oven clean (worth £40.00) with our End of tenancy cleans ANY other kitchen appliances you require cleaning must be requested. Not all properties have Ensuite bathrooms or a Conservatory, please mention these to us when enquiring as well as external window cleaning needs. If these are not mentioned or requested, they will not be cleaned by us.
If for any reason there are oversights noticed by the inventory clerk during check out, we will return at no extra cost with 72 hours, at our convenience.
Payments
Sparkle require payment within 48 hours of any job, to avoid late payment fees being added to your bill.
EOT cleans - If paying by bank transfer we will require a forwarding address for further correspondence.
Late payment fees will be added after 48 hours post clean if funds are not received into our bank.
The fees are as follows:
1% of the total balance will be added per day of non-payment. This 1% will only be added on the original balance amount and will not include the fees already added.
In the situation where payment has still not been received after 28 days, Sparkle will have no other choice but to start proceedings through the small claims’ courts.
